The Google Wave Local Time gadget is a small gadget that allows you to share a set time with colleagues or friends in different time zones and not have to make any reference to the timezone offset.
Basically put, you install the gadget, using the simple installer found here. Once it's installed, it will add itself to your tool bar that appears during wave editing.
To use, simply add the gadget and select what time you want, in your time zone. Everyone else will see the time relative to their time zone.
For example, I want to play Left 4 Dead with some friends tonight at 20:30 ( CET ). So i add this to the Wave ( which, for example, already has Google's awesome Yes No Maybe gadget ), and then set the time to 20:30. Then my friends in England and Estonia will see it, almost instantly, as their local time ( 19:30 and 22:30 respectively ).
Mousing over the "Local Time" text will tell you the UTC time that was set.
